The reserve offers two rustic self-catering guest houses, a
safari tent camp, two bush camps and 10 camping/caravan sites.

HUNTERS REST GUEST HOUSE:
Self Catering, 3 x Bedrooms in Main House and two separate
External rooms, (each en-suite) – Sleeps a Total of 8 persons)

This house has no electricity, all lights
are powered by Solar power. Hot water is obtained by means
of Solar Geysers. Main bedroom has a double bed and en-suite
bathroom with own entrance. 2 rooms with two single beds
each, all with linen. Bathroom on veranda with shower,
wash basin and toilet. A living Room and a separate kitchen,
fully equipped with a Gas Stove, Fridge and freezer combination.
One, plug for charging cell phone or using a laptop only.
No hairdryers, etc.
Cost:
per night, for four (4) persons or less, per night =
R 500.00
Thereafter it is an additional:- R 100.00 per person,
per night (Max 8 persons)

Hunters Rest - External Rooms (Free Standing)
– No cooking facilities available
These rooms can be booked separately from the Main house:-

TENTED CAMP - TOTAL OF 7 X TENTS
2, Clusters of 3 x tents each = All tents are en-suite (Showers,
toilets and a basin).
The 7th tent standing alone has a bath, toilet and a basin.

2 & 3 - Queen size bed, all with linen
Cluster 2 = Tent No’s 4 & 5 & 6 - Queen size bed,
all with linen

Lights work with solar power – No plugs,
no Eskom
Hot water is supplied by means of a “Donkey” Make fire
in the “Donkey” for hot water
Cooking facilities is by Fire at the Lapa of each cluster
– Braai stand and a sink for the dishes, etc.
Bring your own cutlery, crockery, pots, pans, kettle (for
fire), cooler box, etc.

BUSH CAMPS: NARE (BUFFALO) CAMP AND
THOLO CAMP
These camps have no hot water or electricity. One open-air shower
and one open-air flush toilet are at each of the above camp
sites and a tap with running water. Primitive facilities.
Price: R200.00 per night (Max 8 people)
+ Entrance Fee [Additional persons pay R 20.00 per person per
night + Entrance Fee]

entrance , etc. are "SUBJECTED TO A PRICE INCREASE"
– at short notice.
A DEPOSIT OF 50% IS PAYABLE, ON BOOKING AND THE REMAINING AMOUNT
AT LEAST 5 WORKING DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL. IF THE DEPOSIT/FULL
PAYMENT IS NOT RECEIVED WITHIN 5 DAYS OF MAKING THE BOOKING,
BOOKING WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE CANCELLED.
PROOF OF PAYMENT MUST BE EMAILED OR FAXED TO CONFIRM BOOKING.
